Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
- 2.Provide Proof of Purchase
Upload a copy of your receipt and a photo of the product batch number found on the packaging for quality control tracking.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our customer care team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a prepaid shipping label or a credit voucher.
- 4.Complete the Refund
Once your return is received at our warehouse or your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
